These projects include the construction of a full service kitchen, bar, dining area, restrooms, a food and beverage service counter and back of house support facilities with refrigerated and dry goods storage areas.
The finishes include ceramic floor and wall tile with marble vanities in the bathrooms. The dining area is fully carpeted and separated from the bar and service counter by low walls with decorative EIFS caps and includes two custom-made wine display cabinets. The service counter and bar both have granite countertops with under counter plastic laminate shelving and marble tile façades, while the kitchen was finished with an epoxy floor system, ceramic wall tile and stainless steel wall panels. The exposed overhead structure and ductwork in the dining room and bar areas were painted, and suspended drywall ceiling panels were installed at varying heights to help enclose these areas and aid in sound attenuation. Extensive coordination led to the successful installation of owner-furnished kitchen equipment lighting, seating, televisions and exterior signage.
