This luxurious 555,000 square foot, 32-level apartment tower is located on the busy Allen Parkway with exceptional views of Downtown Houston and the Buffalo Bayou. The 252 apartments include balconies, 10-foot ceilings, crown molding, red oak hardwood floors, and granite countertops. Tower amenities include an exercise/weight training room, multiple banquet/conference facilities, catering kitchen, swimming pool and extensive landscaping. The tower was constructed using the Outinord Tunnel-Form System with exterior skin of architectural precast concrete and high-performance insulated glazing. The parking garage is a five-level, 514-vehicle, 167,000 square foot precast garage. The exterior of the garage is textured paint. This garage also includes gated security entries.
