An interior build-out, high-end restaurant included a concrete countertop bar with exposed overhead beer lines from a keg wall. Many other features included open seating with a private enclosed dining area, reclaimed mushroom wood paneling wrapped around columns and miscellaneous walls. Plaster soffits and ceilings are around the perimeter with open ceilings covered with open trussed millwork. There is also a tinted epoxy coated, exposed concrete floor in the open area with ceramic tile in the dining areas. There are two fully functioning operable storefronts (Schwiess Doors) which created a cohesive tie to the exterior. One of the storefront terminates into the bar countertop. Throughout building there were miscellaneous millwork and blackened metal trim. The modern kitchen is equipped with a pizza oven with a state-of-the art dishwashing system.
