Our project managers will estimate the cost, buyout the subcontractors and material suppliers, write those agreements and manage the construction process.  This level of participation passes on a huge benefit to the owner when it comes to cost effectiveness through value engineering and project coordination.  This is usually no small feat and only through Harvey’s team sharing the same vision as the owner and architect and joining their mission, are our projects successfully completed – even on the most aggressive of schedules.
